This website is our storefront. Real work happens under a written proposal that both sides accept — that proposal, not this page, governs your project.
01/Using this site
Use the site normally and honestly. Do not attack it, overload it, or misrepresent who you are. We can block traffic that does.
The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will never be down.
02/Projects and payments
Every engagement runs on a proposal you accept: scope, price, dates, and payment terms are the ones written there. If a proposal and this page ever disagree, the proposal wins.
Invoices are due as the proposal says. We may pause work on an overdue invoice after telling you first.
03/Who owns what
The content of this website belongs to Code Fabric.
Code and deliverables built for you become yours once the corresponding invoice is fully paid — unless your proposal says otherwise. Our internal tools and templates stay ours: you get the product, not our workshop.
04/Confidentiality
Whatever you share with us about your business while we discuss or perform work stays confidential and is used only for that work. We expect the same from you about how we build.
05/Liability
Our total liability for anything connected to an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.
06/Law and changes
These terms follow Mexican law; disputes go to the courts of Mexico City unless a client agreement says otherwise.
The terms may change — the date above shows the current version. Terms for an ongoing engagement never change mid-flight without your agreement.
